I love Memphis BBQ. I also love KC BBQ. That's why Jax Sauce Original has the tang and spice of Memphis, combined with the sweetness and molasses-like textures of KC. Together in one bottle.

I first used Original on ribs. Then chicken, brisket, pork, salmon, baked beans, it just elevates the taste of everything off the smoker or grill. Want to level up a weeknight dinner? Meatloaf, sloppy joes, pork tenderloin, whatever... Original will take it from weeknight "same old" to weekend worthy!

Chilis sourced over several continents, universally embraced for their flavor and spice, with lime adding the perfect acidity – a legendary combo. Chili-Lime is our most versatile sauce.

‍Chili and lime... you get smoke and spice, tart and a hint of sweet, add a little ginger and maple sugar to balance things out. Featuring such rich and nuanced flavors, this is a complex sauce with a lot of depth that will open up a world of possibilities!

A great basting sauce for chicken, shrimp, pork, whatever is on the grill... brings that protein alive! Fantastic marinade for all sorts of fish and seafood. Adds something special to a weeknight stir-fry. Definitely do Chili-Lime on a steak taco with a little onion and cilantro... oh man!

Our big, bold take on classic Carolina Gold mustard-based sauce, born when I couldn't find the tangy flavor that I crave anywhere else. Southern hospitality in a Jax Sauce bottle.

When I think mustard, I think tang. Carolina has all that and then some! A unique combination of mustards balanced out with a nice hit of garlic, spices, and a bit of sweetness. This sauce pays homage to the South Carolina classic while dialing up the tangy notes. You're welcome.

A sauce for all things pork, of course... classic pulled-pork sandwich to double cut bone-in chop. Spread some Carolina on pork tenderloin and bake, there will be no leftovers. Also very much at home with vegetables. Definitely dip homemade soft pretzels in Carolina and get your tang on!

The "other" BBQ sauce.

Horseradish is another favorite flavor of mine. Alabama White features a crisp horseradish bite along with black pepper, garlic, onion, the richness of mayonnaise, and tempers everything with a nice citrus tartness. How about it... ready to be surprised by the "other" BBQ sauce?

Brush Alabama White on grilled chicken... simply delicious. Makes a great dip for everything from wings to vegetables. A tasty sandwich spread with a little bite. Use Alabama White as a base to punch up the flavor of coleslaw... and add it to your pulled pork sandwich. Definitely a pro move.

Wings might be the world's most perfect food. Agree or disagree, but I stand by my opinion. Jax Sauce Wingy celebrates our take on classic Buffalo wing flavor, with no apologies given.
